Family memberships have 2 judges’ ballots on separate sheets, 2 Hall of Fame nominee ballots on the same sheet, and 2 Miss Kentucky Celebration ballots on the same sheet.
Individual memberships have 1 judges’ ballot, 1 Hall of Fame nominee ballot, and 1 Miss Kentucky Celebration ballot.
Mailing address for Miss KY Celebration is DIFFERENT than judges ballot and hall of fame ballots!
