In an effort to accommodate larger groups from the same barn who wish to sit together, this year banquet tables will be numbered and seating will be assigned. Table assignments will be made on a first come, first served
basis. Your table number will be on your dinner ticket envelope.

Old), and _ toddler dinners (2 and under) for the KWHA Annual Awards Banquet, Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Embassy Suites in Lexington, KY off Newtown Pike. Our check for $ is enclosed ($25.00 per child 3-12; all
others $50.00 per person).

Reminder: Everyone listed for your table must have reservations before
places will be reserved. Please be sure that everyone you wish to be seated
